Koto Chikage appreciates Aichi Governor Hideaki Omura
I am Koto artist Rie Asai and thank you very much for visitin my website and my blog.
My place, Koto Chikage is located at Nagoya, Aichi prefecture, Japan. Close to Nagoya Castle, Nagoya Noh Theater, Meijo Park, IG Arena.
4 years ago after just after Corona disasted, when Japanese traditional artists were facing the difficulties such as producing stages, teaching their skills to students, just playing loving their instruments in front of the people who love music, Aichi governor Hideaki Omura supported Japanese tradition through youtube "Gigei Seizui".
We do appreciate Aichi governer Hideak Omura because through "Gigei Seizui". our koto sounds expand to the world and I was invited to some famouse world places to peform the koto with prayers. Such a beautiful story really happned through "Gigei Seizui".
According to "Gigei Seizui", Aichi prefecture is the center of Japanese art and culture.
Koto Chikage, Tamiko Asai, and myself Rie Asai would like to pass on traditional culture especiall traditional koto sounds meaning prayer and requiem here at Nagoya, Aichi prefecture. We are very proud of being partners of Japanese traditional culture.
